You make a really good point about the fact that most of our blog posts are usually a couple short sentences and a link, and are therefore, not very “in-depth” (shall we say). I think there is a presumption that most reader’s attention spans are short when scanning weblogs, and that if readers are interested in reading more in-depth about a subject matter, they will follow the linnks and research it themselves. (Also, of course, those longer articles are much more time-consuming to do for us writers!)

That said, however, we recognize the value of unique, well researched content, and are making a conscious effort to start doing more long-length features like interviews and how-to’s. Thanks for your support and the apt suggestions!

And of course, ditto Matt’s accolades – this project looks really clean and visually appeasing.
