As if the recent explosion of publications and conferences about Prefab housing (Prefab Now, Fab Prefab) weren’t enough – now a new article in Business Week confirms what we’ve long know: prefab is heating up. Entitled “Prefab Homes Get Fabulous the article is a great overview of the prefab housing market, and (for you prospective buyers) lists prices for a number of different prefab homes, as well as advice on the process of going prefab.
For people interested in prefab (and I know there are a lot of you, because I get a ton of email about this) – Fab Prefab is another excellent resource for information on currently available prefab designs. It lets you see what is available in your local area, and cross-compare prices and features.
