Some time ago, we wrote about Icelandic design firm Glama-Kim’s prefab Summerhouse. A few days ago, I got a nice email from architect Olafur Mathiesen with an update on their work, including some great new photos. They will also be included in a book called Mini House Now, forthcoming from Loft Publications.

I am very interested in this design as a possiblity for a unit in California. Will it be available there at all? Is it less than 1000sq feet?
