What an opportunity to remodel ex-soviet prisons, camps and devastated military bases into something alike!) Instead of keeping traditional fear of the West, and wasting billions on nuclear techs, local Eastern European rulers must invest into green remodeling and promote international tourism, to make countries open, tourism sustainable, and cultures visible that means more understandable.
