No Congestion Pricing Legislation, No "Millionaires Tax", cut in transit aid all over the state. So, do they really care about the average tax paying, middle/working class citizen, or the environment we live, work & pay most of the bills in? Absolutely not!!! They pass an increase in cigarette taxes, & maybe that will create a few extra $$$$'s, but being from upstate, I'll go to Massachusetts/Vermont, the Indian Reservation, on-line, or maybe the Chantax I'm on might work.
