But $36,000.00? How much does this thing realy cost to build? I sat down and figured what I would spend in a year driving my SUV. It costs me less to keep the gass hog for a few years more ( I spend $100 a week at 52 weeks a year for a grand total of $5,200.00 per year). Please creat somthing green that compares to a scooter or a motorcycle in price. The car is cute. But $36,000.00? How much does this thing realy cost to build? People are not going to pay more $ for less vehicle. The reason someone buys an economy vehicle is because they want to save money. I think half that price would be too much for a one-seater that only goes 25-30 miles at a time. Even with gas prices going through the roof there are much better options among regular vehicles.
