I adore this idea. There are so many spaces where there could be flowers and there’s nothing, and no where else for flowers to grow. This idea really could make a crowded city much prettier…if it gets past foot traffic that is.

I like the idea of seed bombs, but great care is warranted. A nasty side-effect of driving is transporting seeds all over the countryside. As long as seeds are local, indigenous species, okay. But I\\\\\\\’m not sure I trust the judgement of all the cyclists out there, who may be seeding our native bikeways with unwanted weeds.

I love this! Where can I get one? I\’ve always wanted a bubbler for my bike (to perk up the day of those sullen car-drivers), but seed planting bubbles are even better.

Nice idea, but this is going to lead to the increased use of herbicides as cities attempt to control the weeds growing out of the cracks in the concrete.
