It also helps reduce a buildings electricity and water usage consumption by up to 40%. Such an incredibly STUPID design ! HOW DO YOU CLEAN IT ! HUH !!!??? What complete idiocy ! hasn't anyone learned the lessons of the I.M.Pei 'Javits Center' fiasco yet ????
