The clean-lined guest unit features an excellent set of sustainable features including LED lighting, recycled insulation, and bamboo flooring, plus it can function completely off-grid with an optional solar panel package.
Marmol Radziner and Associantes have made a name for themselves with their elegant prefabs that are designed for LEED certification. Their steel-frame units offer a variety of green options including natural cooling systems, high performance insulating glass, and radiant floors. Interiors arrive polished with low VOC-paints, non off-gassing casework and cabinets, and energy-efficient appliances.
