The green roof is an awesome addition, and geothermal heating is really amazing. I dont even think you would need the pellet stoves with proper geothermal energy. I also like the incorporation of many engineered woods, (glulams and other treated woods) that are stronger and cheaper to make than solid sawn timbers. This is a great structure as a whole.
