They have very little, if any, thermal resistance to heat or cold. Our strategy in dealing with this issue was to provide the best building envelope possible. By addressing this first, we can reduce our overall heating and cooling loads, and furthermore, reduce our overal energy usage. We&#039;ve energy modeled the building and we foresee an overall energy reduction of 25 to 30% when compared to your average office building. This is something that will need to be verified once we have some data after tenancy is established.
