Inspired by the success of New York&#8217;s recently opened <a
href="http://www.inhabitat.com/2009/06/09/new-yorks-high-line-park-in-the-sky-opens-today/">High Line Park</a>, <a
href="http://www.rael-sanfratello.com/">Rael San Fratello Architects</a> haver proposed a <a
href="http://www.inhabitat.com/2009/09/25/prefab-friday-parasitic-homes-take-root-on-empty-walls/">hanging neighborhood</a> and sky park complete with 1.92 miles of <a
href="http://www.inhabitat.com/2009/01/22/govenors-island-redevelopment-by-dillier-scofidio/">bicycle paths</a>, climbing walls, gardens, and meadows.</p><a
